Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TopPhotographer's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by photographer and package. Please review the specific cancellation terms for your booking.

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Photography Rights

The photographer retains copyright to all images. You receive a personal usage license. Commercial use requires additional licensing. Photographers may use selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

TopPhotographer acts as a platform connecting clients with photographers. We are not liable for the quality of photography services. Disputes should be resolved directly with the photographer.
