General Policy

At TopPhotographer, we strive to provide exceptional photography services. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation Timeframes

30+ Days Before Event

Full refund minus 10% processing fee

15-30 Days Before Event

50% refund of total booking amount

Less Than 15 Days

No refund available

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 days

Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, photographer illness, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@topphotographer.in
  2. Include your booking ID and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will review and process within 2 business days
